At Charge EV (trading as Infinity EV), we are committed to your satisfaction and fully comply with Australian Consumer Law. For major faults (e.g., unsafe or unfit for purpose), you can choose a refund, replacement, or repair. For minor faults, we offer free repair within a reasonable time.
No refunds for change of mind, especially post-installation. All EV chargers must be installed by a qualified electrician; we are not liable for faults from power surges, incorrect wiring, or mistreatment.

All products include free shipping to standard Australian addresses (excluding PO Boxes and remote areas, where additional fees may apply).
